Information you provide
When you place an order we receive your name, email, phone, delivery address, selected country, chosen messaging app and account, order notes and the products ordered. We also receive messages and return or refund information you send us. A messaging account is used for order support, not unsolicited marketing. Do not include passwords, one-time banking codes, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or order notes.
How we use information
We use order and contact details to take steps you request before purchase, confirm orders, arrange payment and delivery, and provide returns and customer support. We use payment references to reconcile bank transfers. We process relevant records for applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations. We use limited security and operational information for our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable service and preventing abuse, taking account of your rights. Optional visit analytics rely on your consent, which you may withdraw in Cookie preferences. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling.

Where an applicable law requires specific transfer safeguards or a local representative, those requirements must be met; this notice is not a claim that a particular certification or safeguard has been obtained.
How long we keep information
We keep order, payment and related support records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, address returns or disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Security, session and optional analytics data are subject to operational cleanup and the purposes described above. Data is not retained merely for future marketing. You can ask us about a record's retention period or request deletion; information that must be retained for a legal obligation or active claim may be restricted rather than erased immediately. Backup copies are subject to their backup lifecycle and are not treated as active marketing records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
